Yes, we ship all over the world. Please be aware that Customs costs could be applied to orders for countries outside the EU. (We are based in Belgium).:

Check out these handy timeframes:

• USA and Canada: 4-6 business days (because let’s be honest, you deserve it fast!)
• UK: 4-5 days (because you love your trails)
• Europe: 4-6 business days (we know, the wait might feel like an eternity, but trust us, it’ll be worth it!)
• Australia and New Zealand: 5-7 business days (because sometimes good things take time, like that epic hike you’re planning)
• Japan: 9-13 business days (we’re working on a teleportation device for international shipping, but for now, this is the best we can do!)
• International: 6-20 business days (patience is a virtue, adventurer!)

If you think your package may be lost. Please call the courier company and provide them with your tracking number as soon as possible.

If you are unsure of where to find your tracking number, it was sent via a shipping conformation E-mail. Please be sure to check your Spam folder as sometimes it can land in there.

Our sizing is Unisex unless specified.

Simply refer to the chart, take a measuring stick and measure the length and width of something you already have that fits you. Then compare this and find the closest size from the chart to make a decision on what size of ours would work for you.

I thought I should share some insight to our brand here as not many people realise this but… Our brand is only a small family owned and operated brand . Every order is custom made so I ask you to kindly keep this in mind when you order from us.

If you absolutely must send something back, please keep in mind- We don’t
provide return labels (We unfortunately don’t have Amazon’s budget). Therefore,
you will need to pay this yourself.
