- Double-check the Shipping Confirmation Email and tracking number: Sometimes typos happen, even to the most seasoned adventurers! Make sure the address listed there matches your actual address.
- Scout Around Your Local Post Office: Maybe your package is playing hide-and-seek. Check with your local post office to see if they’re holding onto it for you.
- Ask Your Neighbors: Perhaps a friendly neighbor received your package by mistake. A little neighborly inquiry never hurt anyone!
- If you’ve checked all these things and your order is still missing in action, contact our amazing customer service team at contact@shop.phoca-mobil.be with your order number. We’ll do everything we can to track it down for you.
